The Regulations concern, among other things: the application for a guaranteed loan; agreement by borrower with the approved lender in the form ERG-4 specified in the Schedule in case a borrower does not possess documentary title of property securing an already approved loan; other matters regarding the securing of loans; and repayment of loans.
