Résumé The purpose of the present Act on the electromagnetic compatibility of equipment is to establish a legal framework for an acceptable coexistence of the growing diversity of electrical equipment (electrical appliances and equipment which can cause electromagnetic disturbance or may be affected by it). The Act regulates the marketing, distribution and exhibition, commissioning and operation of electrical equipment.
