Résumé

This Law amends the Drainage (Jersey) Law 2005 in respect of variation of a term or condition of the trade effluent discharge consent or the trade effluent discharge certificate and other matters regarding the discharge of trade effluents. The Law also inserts a new Part on discharge of trade effluent at any trade premises vested in or operated by the Minister. Such discharge must be authorized by a trade effluent discharge certificate issued by the Minister. A trade effluent discharge proposal shall be subject to specified procedures. A new Schedule on exemption from disclosure of information is added to the principal Law.
