Résumé The present Regulations enact the Animal Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the licensing of domestic game farms. The text – consisting of 24 sections – deals with the following matters: licence application. issuing of licence, expiry and renewal, suspension of licence, Crown land, escape or release from captivity, reporting big game animals, identification and identification records, herd inventory record, veterinarian/s report, transport of live animals, processing, labelling of products intended for human consumption, export certificate for products, inspection and industry consultation committee.
