The landlord may seize and secure cattle, stock or crops or other product whatsoever, which shall be growing on any part of the demised estates, if the tenant doesn't pay the rent. The Act also provides, among other things, for recovery of rents from under-tenants and prohibits a tenant or lessee to fraudulently remove his or her goods or chattels.
