Measures include: detention pending examination, inspection and sampling, marking of animals or carcases, restrictions on premises on which disease is present, prohibition on movement of animals, destruction and disposal of carcases. An inspector may issue licences for the purposes of this Order on behalf of the Minister and set out conditions in such licences.
