The restrictions introduced aim at the reduction of danger of spreading of animal diseases through substances of animal origin. No poultry excreta, meat and bonemeal, or any other protein of animal origin shall be used as animal feed or in animal feed or used as fertilizer on any pasture land or any land to which stock has uncontrolled access. Feed intended for retail shall be labelled in accordance with these Regulations.
