The aim and purpose of this Regulation are to appointa stock traceability manager and other personnel, able to register the animals, the owners of the animal and of the holdings. Moreover, the Regulations discipline the management of animals for slaughter and inspection of export slaughter houses and abattoirs. The last part of the Regulations regards the general provisions with a focus on product traceability, information security, disclosure of official information and an article on offences and penalties.
