A person shall not: (1) sell or supply an animal if, in the period of 30 clear days preceding such sale or supply, the animal has been sold or supplied on more than one occasion; (2) purchase or otherwise acquire an animal if, in the period of 30 clear days preceding purchase or acquisition, the animal has been sold or supplied on more than one occasion; or (3) have in his or her possession or under his or her control an animal that is to be or has been sold or supplied in contravention of this Order or purchased or acquired contrary to this Order.
