Where a hazard inspector remains in reasonable doubt as to the identity of the occupier of the premises after compliance with Regulation 2, the notice of the availability of the report under section 30(7) and (8) of the Act may be given by advertisement in the Gazette and in at least one newspaper which is published in Belize.
