Issues addressed are the destruction of infected poultry and the disposal of the carcasses, the fumigation and hygienic and sanitary measures to be taken out in the premises where poultry has been kept and is still kept, the selection of healthy breeds for importation, the quarantine procedures and veterinarian care.
