Résumé

This Directive sets the procedural matters for the execution of tasks and for enforcement of animal health related rules, here aimed for civil servants engaged in the execution of measures as prescribed in the Regulation on taking measures to prevent the introduction, occurrence, detection, spread, control and eradication of contagious African swine fever in the Republic of Serbia (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 6/2019). This text further indicates the relevant European Union documents that shall be used as criteria (Commission Implementing Decision 2014/709/EU concerning animal health control measures relating to African swine fever in certain Member States and repealing Implementing Decision 2014/178/EU).
