Résumé: This Directive makes rules governing the inspection and verification of the organizational procedures as well as the conditions under which laboratory studies are planned, performed, recorded and reported for the non-clinical testing of all chemicals (including food additives, animal feed additives and pesticides). Member States must verify the compliance with the good laboratory practice (GLP) defined by Directive 2004/10/EC of any testing laboratory within their territory claiming to use GLP. Inspections shall be carried out in compliance with Annex I.
