The Directions apply to all national, local and provincial authorities, proponents, applicants, appellants, environmental impact assessment practitioners, specialists etc, obtaining the services, or involved in actions relating to the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, National Environmental Management; Waste Act and Waste Tyre Regulations, National Environmental Management; Air Quality Act and the National Appeal Regulations.
