Résumé

This Decree partly amends Decree 815, in particular articles 10 and 12 and the addition of two new paragraphs, article 11a and 12a. EU rules are implemented in Sweden for what concerns regulations related to feed and animal by-products management and control. The national Board of Agriculture may issue regulations and take decisions in control over burial of animal by-products, transport of food waste, approve the use of food waste as plant compost, storage of animal by-products in adherence to these rules, and shall be the competent authority authorized to enter into agreement with other States in the border areas, in accordance to Chapter II, Section 4, Part II, paragraph 3 of Annex X to Regulation (EU) No 142/2011.
