Résumé This Decree implements the EC Council Directive 66/402/EC on the marketing of cereal seed. The Directive forms part of Chapter III of Annex I of the Agreement establishing the European Economic Area. The Decree introduces the Directive in its entirety and shall be issued by the Department of Agriculture.
