Entry into force notes

This Decree enters into force on the day when the treaty on accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union comes into force.

Résumé

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 15 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, veterinary requirements governing trade and import of animal products, including sampling of these products, which are not the subject to the requirements established by regulations listed in art.1.
