This Decree entered into force on 22 January 2013.

Résumé

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia layd down provisions governing monitoring of catches and marketing of fisheries products. In particular, the present Decree establishes the authority responsible the implementation of these provisions, the weighing of fish products, monitoring of fishing vessels, fish products and aquaculture products, methods of the first sale, separately for small and large quantities, mandatory documents that accompany the first sale and marketing of fish products. This Decree is composed of 21 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); First sale of fish products (Sec. 2); Monitoring of fish products and products of aquaculture (Sec. 3); Control (Sec. 4); Penalty provisions (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
