Résumé The present Decree enforces the Law on water protection of 18 April 1994. The General Drainage Plan is the basis for an appropriate water quality protection and a purposeful urban drainage in the communities. In particular, article 2 establishes that at the basis of the General Drainage Plan are six status reports by the communities.
