Résumé This Decree provides for the standard quality of emission of the fertilizer industry. Fertilizer industry activities include factories of fertilizers such as Ammonium Sulfate, Urea, Phosphate, Phosphate Acid, etc. Standard quality of emission for these factories are contained in the Attachments to this Decree (Attachments I to V). Any person in charge of activities of the fertilizer industry is obliged to provide air pollution controlling facilities and infrastructures, to install Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) devices in certain tunnels, to monitor the air pollution controlling facilities, etc. (art. 7).
