Résumé: This Decree lays down measures for preventing the introduction into Indonesia of South American Leaf Blight of Hevea in order to avoid the spread of the fungus Microsyclus ulei H. Penn, which is a quarantine pest affecting Hevea plantations not yet present in the country.
