Résumé This Decree, composed of 5 articles and one annex, redefines the limits of the “Tijuca” National Park located in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro. In the Annex are specified the plane coordinates of the Park’s borders. The Decree stipulates that the land included in the National Park pertains to the Union and, as such, shall be administered by the Brazilian Institute for Environment and Natural Resources (IBAMA).
