Résumé This Decree consisting of 6 articles establishes that seeds for planting purposes (including forages, fodder, sugar beet, legumes and vegetables, except potato) imported are subject to an import license issued by the Directorate for Agricultural Resources. The Decree indicates the necessary documents, including the Phytosanitary certificate issued by the authority responsible for the plant quarantine matching the ISPM No.12 and certifying also the absence of quarantine and non quarantine pests and viruses.
