In particular it shall be applicable to food quality control and food safety standards and requirements for the purpose of ensuring food safety of the consumers. The purpose of state supervision and control shall be to prevent damages to human health and environment as a result of violation of technological norms and processes. In the process of supervision and control shall be inspected: (a) availability of documentation attesting compliance of produce with compulsory requirements; (b) conformity of produce with certification; and (c) correctness of marking of produce with conformity mark. Annex 1 contains the form of authorization for carrying out supervision and control of compliance of state standards.
