Résumé: This Decree contains rules relative to the winning and transport of and the trade in semen of pigs, cattle, sheep, goats, and one-hoofed animals. The Decree is divided into 6 paragraphs. Apart from paragraph 1 and 6, each paragraph contains specific requirements for a category of animals as specified above. It shall be prohibited to extract animal sperm in places other than those approved by the Minister of Agriculture. These extraction centres shall meet criteria laid down in specified Community legislation.
