The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 2 January 2013.

Résumé

This Decree must be applied to the transport of animals belonging to the species listed in point 1 of Article 2. This Decree contains general rules on transport of animals, rules on transport of animals by vehicles or by other means and their movement on foot, and veterinary inspection of animal transport.
