Résumé: The Premier, for the purpose of regulating forest management within two kilometre borderline zone and the definitive solution of export dues, entitles State Forest Committee to issue logging permits on the grounds of contracts (agreements) issued before the 15th of October 1995. In case of absence of the aforesaid contracts (agreements) the Government suspends the issuing of logging permits until special authorization.
