Résumé

The Decree regulates the trade of aquatic animals and products between San Marino and the EU countries, in accordance with the Directive 91/67/EEC and the interim Agreement of November 27, 1992. The Decree establishes the general and specific requirements for the trade of aquatic animals and products, depending on their origin, destination, and health status. It also specifies the documents and certificates that must accompany the shipments, the transport conditions, and the procedures for the recognition of zones and farms that are free from the diseases listed in annex A. Chapter 3 provides rules and requirements for the import of aquatic animals and products from third countries that are listed by the Commission. It also defines the additional guarantees that may be required depending on the zoosanitary situation of the exporting country. Article 22 refers to the law 29 October 1992 n. 85, which provides the sanctions for those who violate the rules of the Decree, unless the fact constitutes a more serious crime.
