Résumé

Several amendments are hereby laid down to Decree No. 60 of 1993 concerning health conditions for the production and marketing of meat-based products and other products of animal origin. Article 3 (10) concerning the documentation that must accompany the consignments during transportation is replaced by the text laid down in article 2 hereto. Article 6 bis, as laid down in article 3 of this Decree, is added. This new provision concerns packaging centres, which must be recognized and authorized. Lastly, Annexes A, B, C and D are replaced by the texts laid down in articles 4, 5, 6 and 7 respectively.
