Decree No. 8 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating protected area botanical national nature monument “Gomel palace and park complex”.

This Decree establishes protected area botanical national nature monument “Gomel palace and park complex” in the province of Gomel with a view of conservation of recreational forest, prohibiting the following activities on its territory: (a) removal of wild flora species and shrubbery; (b) introduction of alien species; (c) construction; (d) removal or disturbance of fertile soil layer; (e) waste disposal except for provisional storage of locally collected waste.
