Pays/Territoire Bélarus Type du document Règlement Date 2005 Source FAO, FAOLEX Sujet Alimentation et nutrition Mot clé Boissons Condiments/herbes/épices Transformation/manutention Emballage/étiquetage Aire géographique CEI (Communauté des États indépendants), Europe de l'Est, Europe, Europe et Asie Centrale Résumé The Chief Sanitary Inspector, for the purpose of the protection of public health against adverse effects of energizing beverages, decrees as follows: 1) to establish from 1 March 2005 the norms of contents of caffeine in beverages not exceeding 400 mg/lt and tonic components extracted from the authorized medicinal herbs not exceeding one fourth of once-only therapeutic dose per litre; 2) beginning from 1 March 2005 for the use sources of caffeine in the processing of energizing beverages shall be authorized only vegetable extracts containing caffeine; 3) to prohibit from 1 March 2005 processing and trade of soft drinks containing more than two tonic components and low alcohol drinks containing tonic components; 4) beginning from 1 March 2005 beverages containing tonic components must be labelled with the following inscription “Not recommended to the persons under 18 years, pregnant women and nursing mothers, middle-aged persons, and also to persons suffering from hyperirritability, insomnia, hypertension and atherosclerosis, organic cardiovascular diseases, glaucoma.” Texte intégral Russe Site web www.kaznachey.com
