This Decree determines also certain question of territorial competency of the fishing authority. Subsidies, for the activities listed in Article 52 (1, a-f) of the Principal Law, may be granted by the Minister through an annual public application procedure. The Minister decides taking into account the opinion of the National Fisheries Board. The fishing book must contain the data specified in Annex 5.
