This Decree enters into force on 19 July 2012.
Résumé

This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations manufacturing fat and oil products”, specifying requirements for processing cycle of fat and oil products, processing technology and hygiene of staff and workplace. In particular it establishes the requirements for passage of alimentary raw materials, storage and transportation of ready fat and oil products and food waste removal and disposal. Disinfection and disinsection of fat and oil processing facilities shall be performed through application of certified disinfecting solutions. Packaging materials must not be source of pollution and must be stored in a manner avoiding pollution thereof.
