It states that this area has relevant characteristics to attract integrated touristic development projects, natural, important historical and cultural resources able to originate National and international tourist interest, accelerating the economic development of the country, and establishes that the Programme for needed actions for its development, as well as environmental protecting measures, and rational sustainable of its resources are prescribed in the respective Territorial Development Planning of this area.
