Résumé This Decree, consisting of 13 articles, re-organizes the State Council for Family Farming Development (CEDAF/SP). The above mentioned Council, created by Decree No. 53.623, under the Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply aims at: proposing baselines on public policies, coordinating, assessing, analyzing, and implementing activities related to sustainable rural development, programme on farming and agrarian reform.
