Résumé This Decree, composed of 11 articles, institutes the National Committee on Hygiene and Sanitary Control of Bivalve Molluscs - CNCMB. The aim is to set up and to validate the necessary requirements for granting sanitary quality of bivalve molluscs, thus protecting the health of population and the establishment of secure mechanisms for national and international trade of such species. In particular, the Decree defines Committee’s composition and detailed functions.
