Résumé This Decree, composed of 2 articles and one Annex, approves the National Policy for Marine Resources (PNRM). The PNRM aims at providing guidelines to a sustainable development of activities including the use and exploitation of all marine resources (alive, mineral and energy resources) within Territorial Sea, Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf. The PNRM provides the basic principles such as, for instance, polluter pays principle, precautionary principle, and biodiversity protection principle.
