This Decree enters into force after its official publication.
Résumé

This Instruction defines the procedure for the implementation by the staff of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial bodies of the following technical (technological, checking) measures: (a) survey of areas (sites) where grow wild flora species, whose distribution and number shall be subject to regulation; (b) survey of areas (sites) for identification of land degradation, manifested in soil pollution by chemicals and other substances, soil disturbance in the process of development of mineral deposits, construction work and other excavations; (c) inspection of completed building and reconstruction works related to objects subject to state environmental audit for evaluation of compliance with conditions of the design decisions established in state environmental impact assessment report, including compliance with post-project analysis requirements related to environmental impact assessment.
