Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

Item 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the process of performance of local environmental monitoring nature managers must be in possession of: (a) map of sources of negative environmental impact with indication of location of environmental monitoring observation points; (b) scheduled plan of observations; (c) data related to laboratory authorized to collect samples and perform measurements with a copy of accrediting certificate; and (d) records of measurements and sample collection reports”.
