Résumé

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation on formation and use of the finances of Special Fund of ecology, environmental protection and waste management. The Fund shall not be considered legal entity and shall perform financing of environmental projects and activities aimed at preserving and reproducing biological resources, carrying out research activities in the field of ecology, environmental protection and waste management, environmental monitoring, organizational work on environmental advocacy and education, training, retraining and improvement of the qualifications of specialists. Finances of the Fund shall be used for compensation of negative environmental impact due to environmental pollution, restoration of natural complexes disturbed by economic activities, expansion and management of protected areas, construction of waste management sites, scientific research and ecological education of the population.
