Résumé: The Premier states that organizations operating biogas units shall be classified as organizations generating energy from renewable sources and specialized organizations manufacturing biogas units. Consumers of electric energy that are generating electric energy from renewable sources can be connected to unified electric energy network in order to be able to supply excessive energy.
