Résumé

This Decree establishes mandatory safety requirements applicable at all stages of circulation of foodstuffs related to maximum allowable limits of contamination of foodstuffs that are not representing health and environmental risks, and also requirements for packaging and labelling of foodstuffs that contain from 25% to 90% (not including) acid chemical substances. Samples of fresh fruits and vegetables shall be checked in accordance with guidelines related to maximum residue limits of pesticides. For control of the presence of heavy metals and dioxins shall be performed laboratory tests by Food and Veterinary Service.
