Résumé This Decree, consisting of 11 articles, creates the Biodiesel Programme within the State of Alagoas (PROBIODIESEL/AL). This Programme aims at the sustainable, technical and economic implementation of the biodiesel production in order to improve the regional development through household generating activities. The above mentioned Programme PROBIODIESEL/AL, must comply with the National Programme Baselines on the use and production of Biodiesel-PNPB.
