Résumé This Decree approves the National Environmental Management Plan and National Strategy and Action Plan for the Conservation of Biodiversity. It aims to contribute to the country's sustainable socio-economic development, and to support the search for solutions to guarantee food security, eradicate poverty, control pollution and sanitation of the environment and harmfulness, conservation of natural resources and fight against the advance of the desertification process, as well as minimizing the anthropic impacts that influence climate change, by performing the following activities: 1 - Promote the organization of the national territory; 2 - Guarantee food security and provide or supply surplus products from the market, in sufficient quality and quantity, through a sustainable and sustainable management of natural resources; 3 - Protect, preserve and improve the quality of life of the Guinean population through the fight against hunger, disease and illiteracy; 4 - Develop the national capacity for technical, scientific and financial intervention at different levels: local, national, regional and international; 5 - Promote the participation of all stakeholders of Guinean society in the management and protection of the environment; 6 - Promote the creation of alternative jobs in the field of protection of the environment and natural resources; 7 - Contribute actively to the development of subregional and international cooperation in the field of environmental management.
