Résumé This Ordinance regulates terms, conditions and requirements for the classification, packaging and labelling of chemical substances, preparations and products. Chemical substances and chemical preparations shall be classified on the basis of their physic-chemical, toxicological and eco-toxicological properties. Chapter II and III provide for: the classification of chemical substances and chemical preparations; the packaging and labelling of dangerous chemical substances and dangerous chemical preparations. Manufacturers and importers of dangerous chemical substances and preparations are obliged to provide, free of charge, a safety data sheet (arts. 41 to 45).
