It shall not be applicable ready-made foodstuffs containing ready egg-based products and egg-based products that are traded immediately after supply without storage. Egg-based products must pass mandatory laboratory testing for compliance with hygienic and sanitary requirements and veterinary inspection. Production facility (enterprise) must be equipped with storage facility for fresh eggs and storage facility for ready egg-based products.
