First entry into force on 12 October 2007. The last consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 8 July 2015.

Résumé

With this Decree the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (ARDA) is appointed as the central budgetary body acting as the central office under the direction of the Minister responsible for agricultural policy.
