This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Résumé

This Decree, consisting of 8 articles, regulates Forestry Sustainable Timber Management Plans in the State of Mato Grosso - PMFS. It establishes that they will be subject to technical analysis conducted by the Superintendent of Forestry Secretariat of State for the Environment - SBF / SEMA-MT. The PMFS and their Operational Annual Plans - POA's, should be developed according to the specific Instruction and sent to the SEMA-MT, preferably in digital format with the entire contents of PMFS and POA, including text, tables in form of spreadsheet and geo-referenced maps with boundaries, rivers and roads, combined with a database.
