This Convention consists of 19 Articles and the text of the Convention in its original Turkish translation and in English. This Convention aims at protecting marine area with the polluter pays principle. The template for the certificate of insurance or other financial security in respect of civil liability for bunker oil pollution damage is annexed to the Convention.
