Résumé This Decree establishes the modalities for the calculation and payment of environmental fees by certain categories of legal persons that manufacture commodities, perform operations or render services for which special modalities of payment are applicable. Environmental charges shall be set at the fixed rate of one percent of the gross expenditure for the activity in question.
